Mellstroy Casino Review

MELLSTROY Casino is a new brand. The partner book dates the launch to October 2025. The site runs on a dark interface built around the Mellstroy streamer branding, with a Fortune Wheel and a streamer wheel. The home page shows five tabs: Casino, Sport, Live Casino, Fortune Wheel and Bonuses.

The operator is a Costa Rica company, 3-102-940620 SRL, according to the Terms. The same clause says the company is licensed in the State of Anjouan. That is an offshore licence, and it is not a licence from a major regulator such as the UK or Malta.

I opened the site on desktop and on a phone-sized layout. I read the Terms, the KYC, AML and Responsible Gaming policies, and the welcome promotion page. I also checked the public Anjouan licence register. I did not register, deposit, claim a bonus, withdraw or chat with support, and I did not read the bonus card inside the account.

What the licence register shows

The register lists that company under licence number ALSI-202509063-FI2, type b2c, with the domain mellstroy.com. The status field says valid. The issue date sits at the end of September 2025, and the expiry date at the end of September 2026.

That expiry date has already passed on the day of this review, while the status field still reads valid. The two fields do not line up. Anyone considering a deposit should ask the casino for current licence proof first.

Only mellstroy.com appears in the register entry. Other addresses seen in the partner book, such as mellstroy.game and mell2950.live, are not listed there.

The partner book lists a very large catalogue. It includes slots, live casino tables, quick games, crash games, Plinko, Mines and a small in-house set of Mell Originals. The same source lists 87 providers.

Provider names in the partner book include Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, No Limit City, PG Soft, Play’n GO, Playson, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Spribe, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Endorphina, Betsoft, Big Time Gaming and Quickspin. The in-house MellOriginals label sits alongside them.

Mell Originals, per the partner book, covers Blackjack, Mines, Poker, CoinFlip, Penalty, Crash, Plinko, Dice, Double, HiLo and Keno. It also includes Gates of Mellstroy, which uses a Super Scatter mechanic, and Mellstroy Airlines by BGaming. Live casino providers named include Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, Pragmatic Play Live, BetGames, TVBet, Amusnet Live and Winfinity.

The sportsbook shows football, tennis, basketball, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, ice hockey, volleyball, cricket and table tennis on the home page. Demo mode exists for all or part of the games, according to the partner book.

Fairness and RTP

Terms 6.2 says games work on random number generation or chance. The partner book gives no eCOGRA or iTech Labs certificate, and that field is empty. The partner book also claims an average RTP of 97.8%, drawn from analytics. That is an operator or partner claim, and I did not verify it.

The cashier needs a login, and I did not log in. The methods listed here come from the partner book. Account currencies there are RUB, KGS, AZN, UZS, TJS, MDL, UAH, PLN, EUR, USD and crypto. There is no NZD, CAD or AUD account currency in that list.

Deposit examples include cards from Visa and Mastercard in several currencies, bank-card transfers, phone-number transfers, and local methods such as SberPay, T-Pay, Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, eManat and Blik. Cryptocurrency is available for every currency. The partner book names USDT on TRC20, BTC, ETH and BNB as crypto types.

Withdrawal examples include card, phone-number transfer, crypto, Uzcard, Humo and Blik. Euro and dollar withdrawals go by Visa or Mastercard. Terms 3.3.2 sets a minimum withdrawal of 10 EUR or the equivalent. Terms 3.3.2 and 3.3.3 say the maximum limits depend on payment method and account level, and that the company can apply an individual withdrawal schedule.

Fees need careful reading. The partner book says the casino charges no fees. Terms 3.2.5 says that fees and charges may apply depending on the payment method, and that they are the user’s responsibility. Terms 4.1.2 allows processing fees to be deducted from a withdrawal if a deposit is made without subsequent wagering. Terms 5.5 allows a monthly maintenance fee after a full year of inactivity, with email notice.

Terms 2.6 and 3.2.1 require deposits to come only from payment instruments in the user’s own name, with no deposits for or withdrawals to third parties.

Withdrawal timing and KYC

The partner book claims that fiat withdrawals arrive within about 15 hours and crypto within about 15 minutes. The partner book gives a window of 0 to 1 days. These are operator and partner claims, and I did not measure them. Terms 3.3 says the company applies an individual withdrawal schedule. Withdrawals can be delayed, suspended or cancelled if fraud or collusion is suspected, and extra identity checks can be required.

The partner book and the casino’s own policy disagree. The partner book says there is no KYC and no verification before the first withdrawal. The KYC Policy, updated in late November, says no user may withdraw or make significant transactions without completing KYC. It also says customer due diligence applies at the first withdrawal request regardless of amount, at cumulative deposits of 10,000 USD, and whenever activity looks suspicious.

Accepted documents can include a passport, ID card or driving licence, a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, a selfie with ID, or a video call. Accounts that do not provide documents can be suspended or closed. The KYC Policy is the binding text, and the partner book claim is contradicted by it.

A player who plans to withdraw should therefore expect identity checks before the first payout, whatever the partner book says.

Mobile access works through a mobile browser, plus an Android app that is offered as an APK download from the casino. There is no iOS app listed in the partner book. I checked the site on a phone-sized layout and read the same policy pages there.

Live chat runs 24/7 on the site, according to the Responsible Gaming Policy. Email addresses shown in the partner book and the policy pages are info-support@mellstroy.game and support@mellstroy.com. A Telegram channel exists for mirrors. The partner book claims an average reply in under one minute, which is an operator claim, and lists support languages as Russian, Uzbek, English, Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz, Tajik and Moldovan. A knowledge base or FAQ is also available.

Disputes follow Terms 14. A complaint goes by email with full name, account details and a clear description. The company acknowledges within one working day and gives a substantive answer within 14 days of receipt, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Complaint deadlines are two weeks after the session for game outcomes, 30 calendar days for payout, suspension or bonus issues, and six months for other matters.

Server logs are final in gameplay disputes. If a dispute cannot be settled, the Terms send it to arbitration directed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc, under Anjouan law and Anjouan courts.

The Responsible Gaming Policy, updated in late November, offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion, simple account closure, round-the-clock live chat for guidance, age and identity verification against underage play, and links to GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous. The minimum age is 18+, or the legal age of the player’s jurisdiction if that is higher.

The policy text lists no deposit-limit, loss-limit or reality-check tools. The partner book names only self-exclusion and account pause. That gap matters for a brand that also carries a bonus with a short wagering window and a forfeiture rule on withdrawal requests.

The licence position is the first thing to check. The Terms say the company is licensed in the State of Anjouan under the licence number shown above, issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act. The public Anjouan Gaming licence register lists the same company under that number with status valid and the domain mellstroy.com, and the dates are in the table below.

Anjouan is a small offshore licence. It is not a UK, Malta or other major regulator licence. The partner book shows no eCOGRA or iTech Labs certificate, and the 97.8% RTP figure is an operator or partner claim.

Terms 2.4 restricts access from several regions, including Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, FATF-blacklisted countries and sanctioned countries. The casino may add restrictions. Terms 2.7 prohibits using a VPN, proxy or TOR to mask location. The partner book restricted list is longer, and it names several more countries, including Canada (Ontario only), Malta and Italy. Partner book target markets are Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Moldova and Armenia.

MELLSTROY Casino is a large-content brand with a short history. The game count and provider list in the partner book are broad, and the in-house Mell Originals section plus a sportsbook with esports give it more range than a slots-only site. The welcome package is generous on paper, especially for a crypto account.

The caveats are significant. The Anjouan register entry shows an expiry date that has already passed, while the status field says valid, so ask for current licence proof before depositing. The partner book says no KYC, but the casino’s own KYC Policy requires it at the first withdrawal. The bonus is forfeited if a withdrawal is requested while it is active, and the organiser can change or cancel the promotion without notice. The Terms allow fees in specific cases, even though the partner book says there are none. The Responsible Gaming Policy describes no deposit-limit tools, and an inactivity fee can apply after 12 months.

The advice is simple, in three steps:

1. Read the bonus card inside the account before opting in, because the full terms sit there and I did not read them.
2. Check the current licence position with the casino.
3. Confirm the KYC steps for your own country and currency.

If those answers are clear, the game library is the strongest part of the offer. If they are not, the licence and KYC questions are the reason to wait.
