Earlier versions of this page said withdrawals weren't supported. Euteller's own product page leads with "Deposits, Withdrawals, all Finnish banks" as its headline. The service handles payouts as well as deposits.

At the cashier, withdrawing back to Euteller works the same way most bank-transfer payouts do at any casino. You select Euteller (or "bank transfer" if the casino's cashier groups it that way) as your withdrawal method, and the money returns to the same Finnish bank account you deposited from, once the casino has cleared its own verification and processing. Euteller doesn't set the withdrawal speed. The casino does. Check the individual casino's cashier page or terms for its own payout window before you count on a number.

Euteller does not publish a consumer fee schedule or a per-transaction limit anywhere on its own site. The previous version of this page stated a 1.95% service charge and a €20,000 transaction cap. Neither figure appears on euteller.com today.

In practice, whatever limits you'll run into come from the casino's cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and any processing fee, are set per casino and shown on that casino's own payments page before you confirm. If a number matters to you, the cashier screen at the moment of deposit is the only place to check it; nothing published centrally will be more current.

FIN-FSA licenses and supervises Euteller as a Payment Institution, with the power to act if the company breaches its licence conditions. Euteller also states that it runs automated anti-money-laundering and fraud checks, and offers support seven days a week in the customer's own language. Regulation covers the institution itself, applying capital requirements, reporting obligations, and a supervisor who can act if something goes wrong. It says nothing about how well any individual casino using Euteller as a cashier option is run. Vet the casino's own licence separately, since a sound payment rail doesn't guarantee a well-run operator.

Euteller needs a Finnish bank account behind it, because the whole system works by handing you off to your own bank's login screen. If you don't bank in Finland, there's nothing to click through to, and Euteller isn't listed as an option at your cashier in the first place.

Euteller sits in a small group of Nordic bank-transfer services that all work the same way. Log in to your own bank, confirm, and the casino sees the money on both ends of the transaction. Trustly covers a wider footprint across the Nordics and beyond, and Zimpler overlaps with Euteller in Finland and also runs in Sweden and Brazil. A plain bank transfer does the same job almost everywhere, just slower.

None of these methods is a wallet you preload. Each one hands the transaction to your bank and lets the bank do the authenticating.

Euteller does what its own headline promises. It moves money into and out of a Finnish casino cashier, sitting on top of your own bank. The service is live, regulated by FIN-FSA, and handles withdrawals. Public information beyond that is thin. No published fee, no published cap, no current bank list beyond "the Finnish banks." If you bank in Finland, it's a straightforward, well-supervised way to pay. If you don't, it was never going to show up at your cashier, and nothing here changes that.
